Fix thermal transmittance property name typo

Remove duplicate 'Thermal Transmitance' (with space, single-t) from
Pset_WallCommon on walls; the canonical IFC4 property name is
'ThermalTransmittance'. Update EN_Basic IDM Check.ids to match.
