Earl Warren 447c5789bd fix(ci): add install-minimum-git-version helper for workflows (#8345)

Running the tests is done following the instructions in the workflow:

# - swap 'forgejo-integration' and 'forgejo-coding'
# - comment [on].pull_request
```
