To clarify, I think it is good that there are friendly forks of Forgejo like Fordj, for whatever reason. Some of them may be designed to exist in the long run. Others, like Fordj, may be meant to be temporary. Forgejo is going towards federation of instances. Having an ecosystem of friendly forks is a similar road to federated development.
In essence Fordj or other forks are no different than a long lived pull request.
